Dejar (to leave, to let, to stop (doing)) in the conditional: 14 free exercises with an explanation after every answer, plus the full conjugation table.

IWhat to watch for

The conditional of dejar is regular: dejaría, dejarías, dejaría, dejaríamos, dejaríais, dejarían — the infinitive plus -ía endings, with an accent on every í.

It gives advice (yo que tú, dejaría ese trabajo), makes requests polite (¿me dejarías tu portátil?), imagines unreal situations (si pudiera, dejaría de trabajar) and reports past plans: dijo que dejaría de fumar.
