Vivir Commands Practice

Vivir (to live) in the commands: 14 free exercises with an explanation after every answer, plus the full conjugation table.

•14 exercises•Regular -ir•B1 – B2 level
IWhat to watch for

Vivir forms its commands exactly like comer: the affirmative tú command is the él form of the present (vive), and the others come from the subjunctive — no vivas, viva, vivamos, vivan.

Vivir lends itself to advice and slogans rather than orders: vive el momento, no vivas con miedo, vivamos cada día como si fuera el último. The negative tú form swaps -e for -as (no vivas), while usted and ustedes use the same form with or without no.
