IWhat to watch for

The imperfect of entrar is regular: entraba, entrabas, entraba, entrábamos, entrabais, entraban. Only entrábamos has a written accent.

It describes how people used to come and go (los obreros entraban a trabajar a las seis), scenes in progress (cuando llegamos, el agua ya entraba por debajo de la puerta) and feelings that used to come over someone: a mi abuela le entraba miedo por la noche.
