Querer Present Perfect Practice

Querer (to want, to love) in the present perfect: 14 free exercises with an explanation after every answer, plus the full conjugation table.

14 exercisesStem-changing e→ieB1 – B2 level
IWhat to watch for

The participle of querer is the regular querido, so the compound forms are easy: he querido, has querido, ha querido. None of the traps of quiero, quise or querría appear here.

The meaning is where the work is. No he querido molestarte does not mean I haven't wanted to bother you but I didn't mean to bother you — a polite explanation. And no ha querido + infinitive usually means refused to: los niños no han querido probar la sopa. In the affirmative, siempre he querido introduces a lifelong wish.
